Youth Karate

The Youth Karate classes are held 2 times a week for ages 6  - 11 years old.  Shotokan is a traditional self defense system that builds confidence, physical coordination and mental concentration. Classes are taught in a structured format with emphasis on precision and application of technique so children can progress safe yet challenging environment.

• No equipment costs * No Sign up Fee * No Contracts  The only thing necessary to start our Karate program is a desire to learn!  
• Monthly fee: $60.00 for one class a week.  $75 for twice a week or pay per lesson $15  (see schedule at bottom of page)
• Uniforms are recommended and can be purchased at the dojo for $35 includes a white belt. 

We are a member of the American Amateur Karate Federation, established in 1964.  Belt ranking is recognized throughout the U.S. as students progress from white, gold, orange, green, purple, brown and black.  Progress is based on skill level to assure participants are learning the techniques correctly and performing them well.  Please call or email to find out more or schedule a time to observe a class.
